GROOVE WITH ALIZA B – Freestyle for the Soul

“Groove with AlizaB” is dance-based movement class that is meant to educate people about their bodies, help them find their own unique groove and embrace it! Groove with AlizaB uses structured improvisation that promotes individuality and self expression. The class is comprised of three distinct sections: Grooving, Lengthening (stretching exercises that connect the mind, body and spirit) and Meditating (10 minutes of focused meditation), allowing you to relish in the deep layers of your mind and thank the body for getting us through each and every day.
